- Orders for custom cakes and desserts should be placed at least one week in advance to ensure availability.
b. Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing the details of your purchase. This email serves as an acknowledgment of your order but does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Tammy’s Cakes reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, availability issues, or any unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment Terms
a. Payment Methods:
We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
b. Pricing:
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
c. Payment Security:
All payments made through our website are processed securely. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal information and payment details. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your device is protected from unauthorized access.
4. Delivery and Pickup
a. Delivery Services:
Tammy’s Cakes offers delivery to all Sydney suburbs. The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame provided at checkout, but delivery times may vary based on traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
b. Delivery Schedule:
We currently deliver on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. For urgent delivery on other days, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
c. Free Pickup:
You may opt to pick up your order from our home bakery in Gregory Hills. Upon selecting this option, we will provide you with the pickup address and a suitable collection time. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
a. Non-Refundable Items:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for food items unless there is a valid issue with the order.
b. Incorrect or Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and include a photo of the item. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Without a photo, we are unable to process your claim.
c. Incorrect Shipping Address:
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the delivery fails, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.
d. Non-Collection of Deliveries:
If your order is returned due to non-collection after multiple delivery attempts, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
6. Allergens and Dietary Restrictions
a. Allergens:
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we strive to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from these allergens. If you have specific dietary concerns, please notify us when placing your order.

All of our products are made using Halal-certified ingredients.
c. Special Requests:
For specific dietary requirements or ingredient substitutions, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
